This research was conducted in the District Tampan discussing the feasibility of industrial welding shop in the district. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of industrial welding workshop of the aspects of the market, technical and production aspects, management aspects, legal aspects, economic aspects and social and financial aspects.This study uses data collection techniques by questionnaire, observation, and interviews directly to the study site. The analytical method used in this research is the analysis of the NPV (Net Present Value), Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C Ratio), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period.From the non-financial aspects among other aspects of the market, technical and production aspects, management aspects, legal aspects, economic and social aspects of industrial welding workshop in District Tampan eligible to run. The absence of inequality of market share of each industry and the absence of substitute products adds to the pharmaceutics industry presence. The technology used is modern so as to accelerate the production process. Waste generated is not harmful to the human body because it is a piece of iron and can be sold on a collector trashy. Labor that is in use is divided into two, namely expert workers and helpers. The welding shop industry entrepreneurs have a business license from the villages and districts. Employers forge welding industry needs at least 3 to 5 persons. Financial aspects of the test results that have been done, Net Present Value (NPV) is greater than zero so that the business is feasible. Value Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C Ratio) is greater than zero so that the business is feasible. Value Internal Rate of Return (IRR) showed a value of 84.13% figure is greater than the interest rate of 19.25% so that the business is feasible.
