Implementasi Tqm Melalui Empowerment Dan Organizational Commitment Dalam Meningkatkan Efektivitas Tqm Pada Rumah Sakit (Studi Pada Rumah Sakit Az-Zahra Ujungbatu)
Total Quality Mangement (TQM) is a way to maximizing competitiveness of organization throught continuous improvement in all aspect. To improve effectiveness of TQM there are many factors that should be noticed. In this study was analyzed throught indicators own by each variabel Empowerment and Organizational Commitment. The purpose is to identify the effect of implementation in total quality management throught Empowerment and Organization Commitment eithr simultaneously and partially to total quality management effectiveness in Az-Zahra Ujungbatu Hospital. Population in this study are all employee in Az-Zahra Ujungbatu Hospital and sample are 50 employees. Multiple regression was use to analyzed data. The result of this study suggested that significant relationship were identified between Empowerment and Total Quality Management and Organizational Commitment are influential but no significant to Total Quality Management effectivity.Key Word: empowerment, organizational commitment, TQM Effectivy
