Traffic accidents are one of the biggest causes of death in Indonesia. The large number of victims will have significant economic and material (social and material damage) impacts, prefentive efforts to improve traffic by involving various related parties, the results are not as expected. Factors that cause accidents are human factors, vehicle factors, road factors and environmental factors. Highest accident on HR Road. Soebrantas Pekanbaru from the year 2012 - 2016 occurred in the year 2013 that is as many as 15 events, factors and causes of the highest accidents are by human factors, dengang causes are: Negligence of 17 events, for the highest accident rate occurred in the year 2013 as many as 13.51 Accidents / JPKP, the highest level of fatality occurred in the year 2013 which amounted to 6.30 Accidents / JPKP.
