The problem of Parking Area in Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Campus Bina Widya, University of Riau, is a phenomenon that deserves to be reviewed. The urgency of parking space needs to become a priority when the available land is not sufficient to accommodate the vehicles entering the parking area. In addition to the need to evaluate the need for parking lots, evaluations of safety levels, behaviors, and parking facilities are also important. The existence of this evaluation is expected to provide an alternative problem solving to the problem of parking in FKIP UR area. This research is conducted through three stages. The first stage of the research is measurement of parking area and parking area of motorcycle 1,201 m² and 1,166 m² for car. Evaluation of parking space requirement shows that the available parking area for each characteristic of two-wheeled vehicles is not sufficient to accommodate the number of vehicles entering FKIP UR area. Additional land area as an alternative to the car is 583,22 m² and additional parking area of motor is 993 , 68 m². Evaluation of safety issues, behavior problems, and parking facilities shows the level of safety and behavior of students who are still quite good. Inadequate facilities and parking area is supported by the analysis of parking space requirement.
