Street Garuda Sakti Is a ring road connecting Pekanbaru-Petapahan Road, This path is classifield as an artery road with two lanes of two directions (2/2TB). Viewing visually Garuda Sakti Road there is road damage such as surface cracks, bumpy, perforated. Loose aggreagate thereby inhibiting the function of service as a means of transportation that is suitable for use. This final project aims to asses the condition of pavement to know the type and level of damage that occur and determine the appropriate type of maintenance. The method used is PCI, to determine the value of pavement conditions (Pavement Condition Index).
