Manpower or human resources is one of the most important factors of project success. In addition, another important factor is the planning of labor costs, because to know the amount of costs incurred. The purpose of this analysis 1) To know the distribution of manpower and cost. 2) Knowing in a certain week the accumulation of labor needs and the greatest costs and causes. 3) Knowing in a certain week the need for labor and the least cost and the cause. In writing this final project used the method of calculating the amount of manpower and costs manually on the construction of RUSUNAWA UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim there are 2 units of 3 floors. The results of the analysis of the number of labor and expenses on the 8th week job the number of labor distributed as many as 23 people, including 11 auxiliary workers, 7 smiths, 2 carpenters, 1 ironman, 1 carpenter, 1 person at a cost of Rp. 1.825.000,00, the distribution of labor and the amount of costs incurred will be large due to the volume of work large, so that the labor deployed and the cost of relatife issued a lot.
