Road damage can cause inconvenience for road users . Roads are damaged should be repaired or increased . Overlay calculations using data deflection on the way through the Kelakap Tujuh Dumai City conducted to complete the road infrastructure . The purpose of this study was to calculate the extra thick layer (overlay ) , the design life of 5 years and 10 years , traffic growth of 4,36% , while the length of the road under review is 1,1 Km from STA 00+100 to STA 01 + 200, making LHR for 3 days , by observing a car laden and empty , the conclusion obtained additional layer thickness at Jalan Kelakap Tujuh Dumai City for AE18KSAL 5 years was 3,14 cm and 6,49 cm AE18KSAL 10 years
