Studi Komparasi Kinerja Konstruksi Sheet Pile Beton Berangker Tiang Pancang Antara Free Earth Method Dengan Pemodelan Plaxis
Viewed from the geographical location, Riau Province through many rivers. With the water flowing in it, the river continues its ground, the scouring of water along the river can lead to sliding. One of the landslide-resistant alternatives that can be used as riparian construction is sheet pile.
The author plans a sheet pile as a riparian construction. The authors plan the construction of sheet pile at the Taluk Kuantan-Boundary of West Sumatera and use the Land data of the Ded Avalanche Project STA 197 + 700. The type of sheet pile used is the concrete sheet pile and the type of sheet pile wall it is with anchor. The calculation of concrete sheet pile is based on free earth method and modeling using Plaxis v.8.5 software. The planned design is an anchor sheet pile with pile and additional jogging track facilities.
In this final project purpose to obtain the maximum moment value, the force on the anchor, the dimension of the sheet pile and the anchor dimension with free earth method which will be compared with the value of deformation mesh, shear forces, bending moment and the safety factor value through the Plaxis program, and to obtain the value of the deflection value and the lateral pile capacity using Lpile v.4.0 software.
The conclusion of this Final Project are :
1. Based on the free earth method, the maximum moment value is 265,72 kN.m, the force of the anchor is 126,969 kN, and the sheet pile profile is W-500 as specification of PT.Citra Lautan Teduh.
2. From the Plaxis modeling we found some variation, with the safest construction that is variation 2 with the most extreme deflection value is 19mm, shear forces is 228,96 kN/m, the maximum moment is 215,02 kN.m, the anchor forces is 55,360 kN and the safety factor is 1,58.
3. The Result of analysis lateral capacity of spun pile is lateral load is 55,36 kN, maximum moment is 240 kN.m and an extreme deflection is15 mm due to the anchor in variation 2.
