Kajian Keekonomian Penggunaan Kompor Gasifikasi Di Industri Kecil
Stove gasification technology is the use of biomass as a fuel to convert it into a combustible gas which is subsequently converted into heat energy. Gasification is a technology-intensive conversion process materials into combustible gas. This study aimed to compare the rate of traditional fuel burning stove with stove gasification and analysis of the economic costs in the small industry. The research method determines the amount of fuel used within 9 hours for frying and data collection costs incurred in running small industries, the cost of fuel, the cost of onions, cooking oil costs. Using traditional stoves burning rate is 1 kg of fuel / 1 kg onion / h while the gasification burner fuel 0.6 kg / 1 kg onion / h, its analysis of the economic costs that the total production costs and variable costs per kg of fried onions The second tool USD 3.5085 million and Rp 20 903 / kg for traditional stoves. USD 3.3045 million and Rp 19 653 / kg for the stove gasification of research done to prove that the gasification stove superior to traditional furnace, in terms of cost.
Keywords: biomass, economic, industrial, gasification stove.
