Optimalisasi Alokasi Air Untuk Daerah Irigasi Okak Samo Kaiti Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Menggunakan Program Linier
With the development of irrigation system in Okak Samo Kaiti Irrigation Area (DI OSAKA) can improve agricultural yield and farmer's prosperity. One way to improve agricultural yields in each unit area is to use the regulation of how to provide good irrigation water and also to be more optimal. Optimization of Water Allocation for Okak Irrigation Area Samo Kaiti Rokan Hulu District Using Linear Program is done to increase food production and improve farmer's living standard on farm location. The purpose of this study was to ensure the availability of water for rice and maize crops in DI OSAKA and to get maximum benefit in the first planting season, while the potential land area of OSAKA is 3246 Ha, using climatological data in 2015, Kaiti River Flow data, Batang Pegadis River, and Batang Samo River in 2015 and 2016, rainfall data from 2005 to 2014, with the calculation of linear program optimization assisted using POM-QM for Windows 3 help program, the conclusion of maximum profit in the first planting season from March to June Is Rp. 9.573.685.000,00 with planting area on rice plant area of 840,60 Ha and planting area in corn plant area of 75,85 Ha.
