Analisa Harga Jual Kayu Akasia Berdasarkan Pendekatan Biaya Produksi Pembangunan Hti

The price Acacia log was low, it caused by coorperative operation between the forest plantation with the forest product industry. The aims of study were knowed: the determinant factors and the production cost of Acacia mangium and Acacia crassicarpa in the forest plantation, the price A. mangium and A. crassicarpa log based on the production cost, and the financial analysis of forest plantation used the price log based on the production cost of forest plantation and the actual price Acacia log. Reasearch was conducted at Rasau Kuning and Pusaka Distric in Arara Abadi Company. Data analysis was used the production cost of forest plantation at 3th and 4th rotation, they were land clearing, seedling, planting, weeding, harvesting, transporting and potential stands. This data used to find the price Acacia log in industry. The actual price Acacia in market was got from interview. Data analysis used the financial analysis by parameters Net Present Value, Benefit Cost Ratio, and Internal Rate of Return. The assumtion of study used the interest rate (15%) and the forest plantation bussines (5 years). The result of study showed that the determinant factors were purchasement of seed, land potential, salary of planting, salary of over cultivate take, salary of wood cut and cost carry to pile place of log and salary of cultivate KCa. The production cost and the log price of A. crassicarpa plantation forest was higher than A. mangium. The plantation forest was financially feasible but happenned to decrease to the next rotation.
