Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Perempuan Bekerja Di Pt. Vania Karunia Teguh Duri Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of education, wage and
age on labor force participation rate (TPAK) in Mandau District (Case Study at
PT Vania Karunia Teguh Duri Mandau Subdistrict). The research will be
conducted at PT.Vania Karunia Teguh Duri Mandau Subdistrict on Duri-Dumai
Street 7. Km. The reason researchers do research on this company because of the
large number of female workers who participated in many workforce who work as
employees. Population in this research is woman worker at PT.Vania Karunia
Teguh Duri Mandau District as many as 75 people. In this study the authors set a
sample of 75 female labor respondents in PT.Vania Karunia Teguh Duri Mandau
District. Samples taken in this study using slovin formula. The types and sources
of data used are primary and secondary data. While the data collection methods
are interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis method used is
quantitative descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression method
with the help of SPSS program. The result of this research is from test with F-test
is done as follows see F Significant where F significant 0.000 and small from 0,05
then H0 rejected or Ha accepted this mean that education variable, wage rate and
age together influence to variable The labor force participation rate.
Determination coefficient value of 0.513. This means that education, wage and
age levels affect the wage rate of the small business industry by 51.3% while the
rest of 48.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
