Studi Tingkat Pemanfaatan Fasilitas Pokok Di Kawasan Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Belawan Provinsi Sumatera Utara

This research was conducted in February 2017 in Ocean Fishing Port Belawan.
The goal of this research to know the level of utilization of Belawan PPS basic facilities. To know the condition and the level of utilization in PPS Belawan the researcher conducted the research through survey method. Based on the calculation technique of utilization facility was going. Then, the land in PPS area was 54,84 ha and had built the kinds of facilities to fishing equipment further. Until now, 51,74 ha is used and the empty land area was 3,2 ha. Furthermore, the it presentation was 94,17% and it was good criteria. This pier PPS Belawan has been used up to 64% and inckuded into the criteria less well. The main port road has a length of 2.512 meters and a widthof 9 meters with concrete construction, jetty totaling 3 units with length and width of 48 meters and 7 meters respectively, PPS Belawan revetment made of concrete construction with length 256 meters. the pool has an outside of 22,5 ha with utilization rate of 75% and the cruise line using the flow of Deli river with a length of 1.500 metres.
