The research was conducted on 02 May until 12 June 2013 at Pambang village Bantan District Bengkalis regency Riau province. The method used in this study is a survey method. This study aims to determine the aspects of technology, environmental friendly and feasibility (profitability business) mackerel nets fishing gear. The results of this study can serve as a source of information especially for the fishermen in Pambang village in running activities capture business. The results of measurement components of mackerel nets fishing gear, 1000 m length, 10 m heigh, and mesh size 2.5 inc. The data used is primary data and secondary data, tha data are managed by means of quantitative. Business profitability calculation results show that the business of mackerel nets fishery worth is feasible, it,s seen from the values obtained such as BCR (Benefit Cost Ratio) 1.13, FRR (Financial Rate of Return) 30 %, PPC (Payback Period of Capital) obtained 3 years 4 months.
