The research was conducted in June until July 2016, which is housed in the Center for Research and Technological Development (Puribangtek) Balitbang Riau Province, Jl. Pasir Putih Raya, New Village Siak Hulu subdistrict, Kampar, Riau, The method used in this study is an experimental method that uses factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 levels of factors including the control treatment. P0: Control without giving bacteria, with a density of 200 fish / m3, P1: Giving bacteria 10 ml / m3 density of 200 fish / m3 P2: Giving bacteria 15 ml / m3 density of 200 fish / m3 P3: Giving bacteria 20 ml / m3 density 200 head / m3
The results showed use of different probiotics provide a significant influence on the abundance of plankton. Average - Average abundance of plankton is best found in as many as 304 166 P1 treatment ind / l with a probiotic with a dose of 10 ml / l were assisted with molasses, probiotic cell multi, dolomite lime an ingredient for growing bioflok.
