Air Hitamis a street that is in the city of Pekanbaru. This road classified arterial road as a two – line with two-way (2/2 UD) and a four - line with two-way(4/2 D). Visual see Air Hitam street so dense and there are many road damage such as cracket surfaces, corrugated, perforated, delamination, andloose aggregate thus inhibiting the fungtion of the service as a means of transport the be used. This thensis aims to assessthe condition of the road pavement to determine the type and extent of the damage and determine the appropriate maintenance. Method used is the method aspalt institute, to redefine the value of pavement (pavement condition rating, PCR)
