Pengaruh Kepribadian Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kepemimpinan Dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pada Dosen UIN Suska Riau
The purpose of this research was to know about the influence of personality, leadership and organizational culture to on organizational citizenship behavior.
This study was conducted on 107 people lecturer at State Islamic University Syarif Kasim Sultan Riau (UIN SUSKA Riau) who has filled four scale research that personality scale, the scale of Organizational Culture, Leadership scale, and the scale of Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
Data was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis and simple regression analysis, by SPSS for Windows Version 20:00. Test the validity of research data shows that the OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) has a correlation coefficient value item on a scale OCB total of 0.258 up to 0.510; personality has a total item correlation coefficient value on a scale of the Big Five Personality of up to 0.614 -0.121; organizational culture has with correlation coefficient aitem total on a scale of Organizational Culture of 0.224 up to 0.686, and the leadership has a total item correlation coefficient value on a scale of leadership of 0.263 up to 0.491. Reliability value research data shows that organizational citizenship behavior has a Cronbach alpha value of 0,806, personality has a 0.744 Cronbach alpha values, organizational culture has a Cronbach alpha value of 0.901, and the leadership has a Cronbach alpha value of 0.704.
The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the personality of the leadership, there is a significant relationship between leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
