Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Budaya Organisasi Dengan Etos Kerja Dan Kinerja Pegawai Pada KPP Pratama Di Pekanbaru
This study focuses attention on the efforts to reveal and analyze the effect of leadership and organizational culture with work ethic and performance of employees either directly or indirectly on tax services office pratama in Pekanbaru.
Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as a tool to prove the results. The subjects of this study were employees in Pekanbaru covering on tax services office pratama employees in PekanbaruTampan and Senapelan. Sample was done by using stratified random sampling as many as 112 people of the total population. To prove the results of this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with tools Smart program PLS (Partial Least Square).
The results showed that there are significant direct and indirect positive and significant correlation between the variables of leadership and organizational culture with work ethic and performance of employees. Based on the test results of this research can be concluded that the better leadership and organizational culture with employee work ethic, the better the performance of employees tax services office pratama in Pekanbaru .
According to the results of research, to improve the employee's performance needs to be improved work ethic and culture of the organization and supported with good leadership. Therefore the role of leadership in organizational culture and improving work ethic, is very helpful in improving the performance of employees tax services office pratama in Pekanbaru.
