Penyisihan Fenol, H2s Dan Cod Pada Limbah Cair Lumpur Bor Dengan Proses Oksidasi Lanjut Berbasis Ozon
Drilling mud wastewater is one of Hazardous and Toxic Substance from drilling activities by oil-gas company contain by phenol, H2S (dissolved sulfide) and COD with concentration 43,3 mg/L; 7,332 mg/L and 3400 mg/L. In this research is using Advanced Oxidation Processes (AOPs) ozone based with oxidation potential value 2,08 eV. Ozonation is performed by injecting ozone on reactor with continious/circulation system. Ozone gas is generated by ozonizer WS88011i with range ozone output 0,239-0,264 gr/h. This study aims to determine the best condition of pH and contact time with variation respectively 5,4 (as natural pH); 8; 10; 12 and 60; 80; 100; 120 minutes. The result showed, the percentage of phenol reduction is 88,02% with contact time 100 minutes, H2S reduction 79,51% with contact time 120 minutes, COD reduction 60,46% with contact time 100 minutes. Best condition of parameters reduction at pH 12.
