Pengaruh Pengawasan, Disiplin Dan Semangat Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Pln (Persero) Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine how the influence of supervision, discipline and morale simultaneously and partially to the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Pekanbaru. As for the population in this study are all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Pekanbaru as many as 80 people. While the sampling is done by making all employees as a sample. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, with quantitative analysis tool that is doubled linear regression with aid program SPSS version 18.00. From the results of tests that have been done, showed that supervision, discipline, and morale simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. This means that if supervision is tailored to the needs, employee work discipline is improved and employee morale is added then it will improve employee performance. To maximize the performance of employees, the company should improve the communication that exists between employees in the company for example by doing work together and spend time vacation for employees to be more familiar between employees with each other. In addition, the company must also increase supervision by assessing the work performed by employees. Thus expected employee performance will also increase
