This study aims to determine how the influence of Trust and Comfort on Consumer Satisfaction and Purchase Decision at PT. Indah Cargo Pekanbaru. Population in this research is customer of PT. Indah Cargo Branch Arengka Pekanbaru who have manggunakan services more than 1 times. The sampling technique used purposive sampling so that the number of research samples was 117 respondents. Data analysis was done using path analysis which was processed with SPSS program version 18.0. From the results of tests that have been done is known that there is a direct influence of Trust and Comfort on Consumer Satisfaction and Decision Purchase. There is a direct influence of Consumer Satisfaction on Purchase Decision. And there is an indirect influence of Trust and Comfort on Decision Buying Service PT. Indah Cargo Pekanbaru which is mediated by Consumer Satisfaction. Companies should increase the confidence of consumers on the services offered by improving the quality of information offered and improve the convenience of consumers in using the services offered by the company by way of delivery of goods on time until ditujuan in accordance with the desired consumer.
