Pengaruh Manajemen Talenta, Beban Kerja Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Bank Tabungan Negara Kcs Pekanbaru
The study held in PT. Bank Tabungan Negara KCS Pekanbaru in order to know and analyze the influence of talent management, workload and leadership toward employee’s performance. Population are all employees, consist of 51 employees that selected by using census method. Variables are talent management, workload and leadership as independent and job performance as dependent one. Data analyzed by using descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS 22 for windows.
The study reveals that simultaneously, talent management, workload and leadership significantly influence employee’s performance. However, partially, Only talent management, has a positive and significant influence to employee’s performance, meanwhile workload and leadership shows no significant effect to performance. Talent management, therefore, has the strongest effect to employee’s performance rather than workload and leadership.
It is recommended to optimize the talent management especially the chance to make inovation and breakthrough as well as to lossen the tight supervision and to keep balance the leader’s ratio and emotion in order to gain a better job performance in the future.
