Analisis Faktor – Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Industri Rokok Kretek Di Indonesia

This research was conducted in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to know the influence of the factor of business unit, labor, and capital to the production of clove cigarettes in Indonesia simultaneously and partially and to know the most dominant production factor influence the production value of kretek cigarette industry in Indonesia.
The approach of this research is using quantitative descriptive approach. This study uses secondary data from 2000-2014 obtained from the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia and BPS (Statistics Indonesia Central Bureau) of the Republic of Indonesia and from the processed authors themselves. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and Cobb-Douglas production function which is transformed into natural logarithmic form with the help of SPSS Program Version 21.0.
The results of this study indicate that the simultaneous test (Test F) shows that all independent variables studied together have a significant effect on the dependent variable. In partial test (t test) shows that the business unit (X1) and Labor (X2) are positive but not influential to clove cigarettes in Indonesia while Capital (X3) is positive and has an effect on clove cigarettes in Indonesia. The magnitude of the effect (R ^ 2) by these three variables together on the dependent variable 89.2% while the rest of 10.8% influenced by other factors outside the model used in this study.The most dominant capital (X3) influences the value of Indonesian clove cigarette production, where the significant value of capital (X3) is 0.003
