The purpose of this study is to find out more about the tendency of community taluk kuantan in saving and store funds in bank riau kepri taluk kuantan branch.Riau PT. Bank Taluk Kuantan Branch as estab bank building that continues to grow and evolve, kepri Riau bank even more determined to follow banking competition dominated by private banks at the moment, ranging from repair service system as well as add features flagship.Sampling is done by accidental random sampling method, that is collecting data through whomever encountered. Data used in this research is primary data by taking Samples from bank customer of Riau Kepri branch of taluk kuantan as many as 97 people with Questionnaire and interview method. Method of data analysis is descriptive analysis. From this research it is known that factors - factors that most affect society and customers save money and save their money in a savings Sinar Riau Pt. Bank Taluk Kuantan Branch is revenue, service facilities, security of savings deposits and customer work. At the interest rate, 75 respondents (77.31%) chose satisfactory choice, 50 respondents (46.39%) chose satisfactory choice, then at service facility as many as 58 people (59,79) Satisfying, then on the security of savings savings about 60 people (61.58%) choose satis factory option, and on the work of the customer about 53 people (54.63%) who save in the saving of light is a public servant.
