Analisis Industri Pakaian Jadi Dari Tekstil Di Pekanbaru

Domestic industry not only plays a role in providing jobs, but also plays a role in economic empowerment. Apparel business of textiles in Pekanbaru city is engaged manufacturing home industry. As this study used secondary data and primary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency Pekanbaru City and obtained directly from the respondent apparel business of textiles industry in Pekanbaru city. Population of apparel business of textiles in Pekanbaru city has 114 units. Sampling is calculated from the calculation of market share so that amounted to 3 business units.
The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of the development of the apparel business of textilesindustry in Pekanbaru city seen from the non financial aspect and financial aspect.This is a descriptive quantitative research, which aims to illustrate to the reader and reveals a situation or problem, the events regarding the feasibility of the development ofapparel business of textilesindustry in Pekanbaru city.
The results of the analysis on non financial aspect show that the three business actors in this industry deserveare worth to be developed. Based on the result of financial aspect are feasibility indicate that the three businessmen of textile apparel worthy in the calculation of investment criteria. Both of three types have their NPV value of Rp 998 756 220, Rp 1 249 008 240 and Rp 801 051 506. Seen the calculation of Net B / C Ratio value of Rp 5.13, Rp 13.95 and Rp 28.85. IRR value get bigger result from interest rate of bank investment that is equal to 11,47% so IRR investment criterion is feasible to be consideration to invest in this business which is IRR value of 22,21 percents, 39,37 percent and 40,48 percent. Payback period in this business is still under the age of the project, so based on the payback criteria period of business is feasible to be implemented which the value of payback period on each business actor.
