Analisis Perbandingan Pembangunan Manusia Antar Kabupaten Provinsi Riau (Studi Kasus : Kabupaten Bengkalis, Kabupaten Siak Dan Kabupaten Rokan Hilir Periode 2010-2015)

This study aims to find out how the development of human development in bengkalis district, siak district and rokan hilir district in 2015 and know how human development strategy in bengkalis district, siak district and rokan hilir district in 2015.this study used secondary data in 2010-2015 sourced from BPS Riau province and riau provincial health offices and journals and literature related to this research. The method of data analysis used is using quantitative descriptive analysis tools using IPM grouping measurement and SWOT analysis to measure human development strategy in bengkalis district, Siak district and rokan Hilir district. Basedon the results of the study by using IPM grouping measurement analysis that bengkalis and siak regencies are categorized as high, while downstream rokan hilir district are moderately categorized. Based on the SWOT analysis that the threee district that are most supportive for its human development development strategy are internal and external factors that are in quadrant 1 by optimizing the power by exploiting the existing apportunities.
