Analisis Permintaan Jasa Reparasi Kendaraan Dikota Pekanbaru

This research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru which is the center of government, trade, education and others in riau province. High mobility makes the transportation system to become an important issue, both transportation of goods and people. The increasing need of transportation also increase demand for reparations services. Opportunity for reparations business also grow. The purpose of this study is to find out and the effect of community income, reparation price and the number of family members on the demand for reparations services. In this study population taken is people who use vehicles in the city of Pekanbaru and using a sample of 100 respondents. This research used accidental sampling. The analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, partial and simultaneous analysis (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 23 program).
From results of this research are Simultaneous Regression Test (Test F) showed that all independent variables studied had a significant effect on the demand for repair services. Partial regression test (t test) showed that the price factor variable and the number of family members have the most significant effect on the demand for repair services. The amount of influence generated () by these three variables together on the dependent variable of 77.2% while the rest of 22.8 influenced by other variables not included in this study.
