This study was conducted on 24 March to 5 April 2017 at Belawan Fishing Port NorthSumatera Province. The purpose of research is to find out the Management Of Human Resourceat the Belawan Fishing Port and the problems it faces. The method used in this research is survey method. The data used is primary data and secondary data, the data are managed by means of descriptive. Belawan fishing port provides control, integration and direction the port plan organize employees carrying out the work and create good cooperation among employees. Belawan Fishing Port provide development and coaching to improve the quality and quality of employees in carrying out the fan support the main task of port.
