In the field of civil engineering, heavy equipment used to assist humans in performing the construction work of a building structure. Currently heavy equipment is an important factor in the project, especially construction projects with large scale. Even heavy equipment is a crucial factor in the successful completion of work on time in accordance with a predetermined quality. In this study, for road hoarding work Pekanbaru - Bangkinang using 2 Alternatives. Of the 2 alternatives, alternative A is cheaper than alternative B. Conclusions obtained are: for alternative A is required to work for 85 days Excavator 1 unit, 6 units of Dump Trucks, Bulldozer 2 units, 2 units of Sheep Foot Tire Roller, and Motor Grader 2 unit and Vibratory Roller 3 unit. With the total overall cost of Rp 5.208.294.025,60.
