Flexible Pavement is a pavement construction that has multiple layers. Each pavement layer in general uses different materials and requirements according to its function, with a road length of 1.3 Km with a width of 5 m, as an alternative way to Jalan Dharma Bakti, at this time Jalan Fajar Ujung Labuh Baru Barat at STA 0+ 000 to 1 + 300 is still a basic land, thus inhibiting the function of services as transportation infrastructure. Based on the result and discussion about the thickness planning of pavement road construction on Fajar Ujung Labuh Baru West Road. The surface layer using Laston material is obtained by thickness of pavement layer that is 7.5 cm, and upper foundation layer by using Stone Material Class A broken thick layer obtained pavement that is 20 cm, then Layer bottom foundation by using Material Stone Break Class B obtained thick layer of pavement that is 30 cm.
