The outdated construction has reached the expected final surface index that needs to be added layer to be able to regain strength and comfort. The calculation of overlay by using data deflection on the road Garuda Sakti Pekanbaru Riau Province conducted to complement and road infrastructure. The purpose of this study was to calculate the thickness of the overlay layer, the age of the plan 5 years and 10 years, while the length of the road under review is 1 KM starting from STA 00 + 500 to STA 01 + 500 taking LHR for 3 days, by observing car loading and empty, the conclusion gained by the extra layer on the road Garuda Sakti Pekanbaru For Pd-T-05-2005-B 5 years segment 1 from STA 00 + 500 to 01 + 000 of 9.9 cm, segment 2 STA 01 + 000 until 01 +500 of 9.71 cm and Pd-T-05-2005-B 10 years of year segment 1 from STA 00 + 500 to 01 + 000 by 12.9 cm, segment 2 STA 01 + 000 until 01 + 500 of 12, 72 cm.
