Waste has become a difficult problem to overcome worldwide where plastic consumes 40% of the waste. basically plastic is used as a wrapping tool. because the price is cheap, airtight and resistant to changes in plastic temperature so favored by the community while recycling technology is still expensive and the plastic is difficult to be deciphered by bacteria so that plastic waste accumulates.Because basically the plastic is made from petroleum so that plastic can be processed into fuel with several methods, which have been widely used such as hydrocracking and thermocracking in this research I use thermalcracking because the tool used is simple, cheap and easy to do method. This research is not produced too much by liquid fuels as in previous studies but produced solid fuel in the form of powder which can also easily be burned with flame so it can be concluded that this powder can also be used as fuel. After testing this sample yields a calorific value of 0.480 kcal.
