Analisa Manajemen Proyek Pada Pembangunan Rumah Susun Sewa Sederhana Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Provinsi Riau
Time schedule can be define as distribution of time for each part of work during a
project, start from the begin of work until the end of it. The goals of this research are to
analyze the time schedule using network planning with CPM method; to calculate the
incremental cost due to acceleration, total cost according to number of labour on critical
path; and also to compare the calculation between time and project cost. This research
using Microsoft Project 2016™ as a tool to build the block diagram, and also Gant Chart
on simply graphical to help us understanding the network planning. According to
analyze, there were total 22 paths that consist of 5 critical paths and 17 non-critical
paths. From all these paths, there were 10 working items that include on critical path,
and 16 working items include to non- critical path. The acceleration using CPM method
was given to working item on critical path, so that tha finishing project get earlier, from
189 days faster become 182 days. In other hands, the total cost of this project, initially
IDR 10.727.573 was increase IDR 3.230.000 due to incremental cost, so that the total
cost after acceleration become 10.730.802.
