Kajian Fenetik Tumbuhan Paku Epifit Berdasarkan Karakter Morfologi Di Pekanbaru, Riau

Pekanbaru city is one of the distribution of epiphytic ferns. This study aims to determine the diversity of epiphytic fern based on morphological characters. All of the specimens were collected from the field using survey method. The morphological data were scored and analyzed using the NTSyspc 2.02 program. A total of 20 epiphytic fern species (12 genera and 7 families) have been identified in this study. The coefficient of similarity ranges from 0.68-0.98. The lowest coefficient value was found in Davallia denticulata and Pyrrosia piloselloides while the highest coefficient values (0.68) was found in the Davallia denticulata and Pyrrosia piloselloides, while the highest coefficient (0.98) found in Vittaria elongata and Vittaria ensiformis. The dendogram showed two main groups that cluster based on character similarity of leaf type. The first group is monomorphic ferns (14 species) and the second group is dimorphic leaf (6 species).
