Efektivitas Terapi Dzikir Terhadap Kadar Glukosa Darah Pada Penderita Diabetes Melitus Tipe II
This study aims to determine the differences development of children who received Exclusive and Non Exclusive breastfeeding at the age of 6 months at work area Puskemas Limapuluh Pekanbaru. This research uses comparative study design with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling type. The number of samples are 74 childrens consist of 37 childrens who received exclusive breastfeeding and 37 childrens who received non-exclusive breastfeeding. The measuring instrument is a modified DDST II sheet based on percentile of the development aspect. The analysis is used t independent test for aspect of development. The results show there are there are differences of Development between Exclusive and Non-Exclusive Breastfeeding p value = 0,033 < α (0,05) where the development of exclusive breastfeeding children is better than non-exclusive breastfeeding, that is on the gross motor aspect of 6 months old children who should be able to sit without hand but on the non exclusive breastfeeding children are still many who couldn’t sit without a handle. This study recommends necessary to increase the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in order to strengthen the relationship of mother and child affection so that the mother can improve exclusive breastfeeding in the first 6 months of child's life that impact for the next development.
