Analisis Strategi Umkm (Sektor Perdagangan) Dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Bersaing Di Pekanbaru
The purpose of this research improve competitiveness UMKM (in the trade sector) in Pekanbaru. This research uses quantitative approach with descriptive research type. The sample of this research using census sampling technique. This research uses the analysis of internal (IFA), analysis external factor (EFA), and analysis SWOT for analysis the data. The result of this analysis show that UMKM in the trade sector in Pekanbaru can make optimization services and UMKM in the trade sector in Pekanbaru also can improve services facilities for UMKM can continue to survive and able to face competition.
