Pengaruh Locus Of Control Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri Di Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis

This study aims to explain that (1) locus of control affect the work environment (2) locus of control affect the performance of teachers (3) Work environment affects the performance of teachers. The research was conducted in SMP Negeri in Mandau Sub-district of Bengkalis Regency. The population of 742 receptor, and sample of 88 people with first tested the instrument against 30 respondents. Data analysis using Path Analysis (path analysis). This technique is done to analyze the influence between locus of control variable (X1), to work environment variable (X2), and teacher performance variable (Y). Validity of test items using Product Moment and Coefficient of reliability instrument calculated using Alpha Cronbach formula. The result of research concluded (1) locus of control influenced to work environment equal to 69,3%, (2) locus of control influence to teacher performance equal to 20,6%, (3) work environment influence to teacher performance 19,2%.
