Pengaruh Penempatan Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Moderating Pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
This study aims to determine the effect of placement and work discipline on the performance of employees with job satisfaction as a moderating variable on the Regional Revenue Agency of Rokan Hilir Regency in Jl. Kecamatan Batu VI Bagan Punak Bagansiapiapi. The population in this study was civil servants totaling 98 people. the data were tested using instrumental test validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test. The analytical method used in this study is Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) using the SPSS 23 for Windows program. The results of this study indicate that placement and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on performance directly. Employee placement and discipline have a positive and significant effect on performance with job satisfaction as a moderating variable. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.626. The meaning is that the percentage of influence of placement variables and work discipline on performance is 62.6%. While the remaining 37.4% or 0.374 is influenced by other variables not mentioned in this study. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.710. This means that the effect of placement on performance which is moderated by job satisfaction is 71%. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.655. That is that the effect of work discipline on performance which is moderated by job satisfaction is 65.5%. Keywords: Placement, Work Discipline, employee performance, job satisfaction
