Analisis Sikap Dalam Berbelanja Di Bukalapak.Com Pada Masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru
The study was conducted in citizen of Pekanbaru who is represented by people who have been shopping online at Bukalapak.com. The purpose of this study was to know the effect of perceived benefits, Ewom, web quality perception, advertisement, lifestyle and buyer trust in the attitude toward online shopping at Bukalapak.com. The aim of the study was to examine various factors related to attiude toward online shopping .The population of the study was people who have been shopping at Bukalapak.com in Pekanbaru city. The samples were 168 responden and the analysis technique used was purposive sampling, The study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with variance based or component-based approach with smart partial least square (PLS).
The results of data analysis show that: (1) perceived benefits had a positive and significant effect on attitudes toward online shopping, (2) Ewom had a positive and significant effect on trust, (3) Trust is a variable means betwen perceived web quality to attitude toward online shopping, (4) Perceived web Quality had a positive and significant effect on attitudes toward online shopping, (5) Advertisement had a positive and significant effect on attitudes toward online shopping, (6) Lifestyle had a positive and significant effect on attitudes toward online shopping, (7) Trust had a positive and significant effect on attitudes toward online shopping, (8) Trust is a variable means betwen Ewom to attitude toward online shopping Therefore, The results of this study were expected to contribute practically for the company to increase their development and gave contribution for research academics theoreticallly.
