Pengaruh Pengawasan Dan Komitmen Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Sanksi Sebagai Moderating Variabel Di Kantor Regional XII BKN Pekanbaru
Performance is one of the most important things to always be maintained by an organization. Without attention to the performance, then the organization will have difficulty in achieving the goals of the organization as a whole. Therefore, Regional Office XII BKN Pekanbaru, should always try to pay attention to the performance of its employees, so as to provide maximum results in achieving organizational goals. This research tries to know about the Influence of Supervision and Commitment to Employee Performance With Sanction As Moderating Variabel In Regional Office XII BKN Pekanbaru.
The research method used is descriptive research method, with the type of quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 90 people. Method of sampling using census, method of collecting data by using questioner. Data analysis was used by path analysis, using moderation variable or Moderated Regression Analyisis (MRA).
The results of this study indicate that there is influence of supervision and commitment together or individually affect the performance of employees, as well as sanctions able to moderate the relationship between supervision and commitment to the performance of Employees With Sanctions As Moderating Variables At Regional Office XII BKN Pekanbaru.
