Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Rekrutmen Kepala Sekolah/Madrasah Pada Lembaga Pendidikan Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau
This study aims to analyze and evaluate the implementation of headmaster / madrasah recruitment at muhammadiyah education institute of kampung district of riau province, which refers to CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data is taken through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that: The pattern of determination of criteria for recruitment of principals / madrasah at educational institutions Muhammadiyah Kampar regency of Riau province has not been fully implemented properly or categorized is still not good, because the pattern of criteria recruitment of principals / madrasah still not follow the procedures contained in the Decree Muhammadiyah Central Leadership Number 138 / KEP / I.0 / B / 2008 dated 27 October 2008 M / 27 Syawwal 1429 H. The pattern of selection of recruitment of principals / madrasahs at Muhammadiyah education institutions Kampar regency of Riau Province is categorized as poor because of the 6 components of implementation as benchmark assessment, only one point that meets. The pattern of appointment of applicants who meet the requirement of recruitment of principal / madrasah at Muhammadiyah education institution of Kampar regency of Riau Province is still not good, because the Board of Dikdasmen organizer has not done feasibility test and propriety toward the candidate principal, scoring, 3 (three) candidates, but directly appoint one candidate who will be appointed as principal
