Pengaruh Sertifikasi Dan Motivasi Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di Sma Negeri Se – Kecamatan Siakhulu
This study aims to determine the effect of Certification and Teacher Motivation toward Teacher Performance at State Senior High School of Siakhulu sub district. The Reseach variables consist of two independent variables namely Certification (X1) and Teacher Motivation (X2) while the independent variable is Teacher Performance (Y). The sample in this research is 94 certified teachers and 66 uncertified teachers at state senior high school of siakhulu district. Obtained from Purpose Sampling. The data was gathered from questionnaire with scale of Linkert 1-5. Data analysis used chi – square analysis. The result shoeed that: 1) Certification variable had positive effect on teacher performance 2) Teacher motivation had positive effect to teacher performance 3) Certification (X1) and Teacher Motivation (X2) variables together account for the rest is influenced by other variabels not included in this research. The conclusion has shown that the teacher performance can be improved by improving certification and teacher motivation.
