Pengaruh Supervisi Kepala Sekolah Dan Kinerja Guru Terhadap Mutu Pendidikan Pada Sekolah Dasar Di Kota Pekanbaru
The measure of a country's education is the quality of its education, through this quality education we will also know the quality of education at every level of education. One indicator that is used as a benchmark for education quality is the national standard school final exam (UASBN). In order to maintain a good quality of education, good teacher performance is needed, so good teacher performance is needed by the role of good headmaster supervision. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the principal's supervaisi and the teacher's performance on the quality of education. This research method is causal research with research samples are sixth grade public elementary school teachers in Pekanbaru City with a total of 60 people. The data used are the 2016/2017 academic year national standard school final exam (UASBN) results, data on principal supervision activities, and teacher performance. The instruments used were questionnaires for school principal supervision and teacher performance. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique of this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (a) supervision of the principal influences significantly with a significant score of 0.009
