Kondisi Limnologis Danau Sepinang Berdasarkan Parameter Fisika-Kimia Di Desa Pangkalan Serik Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau

Sepinang Lake is one of oxbow lakes located in the Pangkalan Serik Village. A research aims to understand the limnological condition of the Sepinang Lake based on physical–chemical parameters has been conducted in March-April 2018. There were three sampling points, namely in the inlet, in the middle of the lake and in the end of the lake. In each sampling point, water was sampled from the surface (20 cm) and 2 Secchi depth (120 cm). Samplings were done once/week for 3 weeks period. Water quality parameters measured were temperature, transparency, depth, pH, DO, CO2 free, nitrate and phosphate concentration. Result shown that the temperature 30.6-320C, transparency 49.3-63 cm, depth 211-264 cm, pH 5.23-5.53, DO 4.22-5.58 mg/L, CO2 free 9.32-15.98 mg/L, nitrate 0.06-0.21 mg/L and phosphate 0.09-0.18 mg/L. Based on the nitrate and phosphate concentrations, Sepinang Lake can be categorized (oligotrophic)-(mesotrophic-eutrophic). Keyword : Oxbow Lake, Water Quality, Oligotrophic, Mesotrophic-Eutrophic
