Sistem Penyimpanan Peralatan Di Store Grand Meranti Hotel Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti

ABSTARCT
Equipment storage systems in the hotel store that so many in number and kinds, consists of several ways: 1) Places and Equipment Clean Storage, 2) Preparation of Goods by Group, 3) Good Prepared Goods. This study aims to find out: 1) describes how the storage system of equipment at the store in the grand meranti hotel, 2) to find out how the standard storage equipment at the store at grand meranti hotel. This research uses qualitative descriptive method, research subjects consist of excecutive chef, cook 1 and cook 2. Data collection is done by observation studies, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this research is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the process of storage equipment at the Grand Store Meranti Hotel many are not based on procedures and conditions that have been set so that the storage process of this equipment has not been well coordinated. The conclusion of this research is at Store Grand Meranti Hotel storage equipment not yet good enough, and need to be increased again storage of equipment to be more leverage.
