Beban Kerja Pramusaji Food And Baverage Service Di Hotel Aston And Conference Center Tanjung Pinang
ABSTRACT
This study was aim to know workload of waiters and to know number of ideal employes, based on the workload in Aston Hotel and Conference Center Tanjung Pinang. This research used quatitative method by reviewing the issues raised the data in this study were obtained from observations and interview of three respondents who become sample by using the determinant exponent, with two exponents in human resource planning consisting of the workload component in producing a product as a workload analysis and exponent of time to find the number of ideal employes. The result of this study conclude that : 1) Based on the results of observations and interview that have been done, calculation of the waiters workload is 3.581 hours. 2) The number of ideal employes in food and beverage service department at Aston Hotel Tanjung Pinang based on calculation of workload thar must be handled requires six people.
