Gambaran Faktor - Faktor Risiko Kanker Kandung Kemih Di RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Periode 2013 – 2017

Bladder cancer is a cancer that developed in bladder tissue characteristically with gross, painless and intermittent hematuria. Bladder cancer is 11th malignancy in the world and 2nd most malignancy in urology. This study aims to describe the risk factors of bladder cancer patients in Arifin Achmad general hospital Riau province. This study was descriptive retrospective which data was obtained from medical record. Data was obt ained and processed form center of medical record installation and Urology Arifin Achmad general hospital Riau province from 2013-2017. There was 101 case of bladder cancer consisted 83,2% patient with trantitional cell carcinoma and 65,3% with advanced stage without metastasis. The result showed the most common case in male 82,2% and 35,6% of patient with bladder cancer was in age 51-60 years old, with the youngest is 9 years and the oldest is 85 years. The most common risk factors of bladder cancer patient is farmers were 29,7% and non-smoking patients were 52,5%. The most bladder cancer come form Ethnic Malay were 30,7% and Pekanbaru City were 30,7%.
