Implementasi Program Literasi Di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the implementation of literacy programs in MAN 1 Pekanbaru and the Constraints and Solutions for the Implementation of Literacy Programs in MAN 1 Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at MAN 1 Pekanbaru. The type of research in this study is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are documentation, interviews and observation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative.
The results of this study indicate that the implementation of literacy programs in MAN 1 Pekanbaru is divided into four stages, namely planning, implementation, evaluation and reporting. Based on indicators of achievement of each stage of the implementation of literacy programs in MAN 1 Pekanbaru, it can be concluded that the implementation of literacy programs in MAN 1 Pekanbaru has been carried out "very well". Constraints in the implementation of literacy programs are the environment that is less supportive, low interest in reading students, low reading motivation, reference to books in the library is limited, there is no example from educators in terms of literacy. While the solution to these obstacles is to create a comfortable environment, create a mini library, present reading ambassadors and ambassadors of writers both at the regional and national levels.
