Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri Di Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota Kabupaten Kampar
The main objective of this study was to analyze the Effect Of The Work Environment and Work Satisfaction on the Performance of State First Middle School Teacher in City Bangkinang district Kampar. This research is quantitative, the study sample was 106 people, and the data was collected by a questionnaire of five choices. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed a significant effect between the Work environment and the Performance of State First Middle School Teacher, and obtained a significant influence between the Work Satisfaction variables of teacher performance. In addition, there is a significant Influence between the variables of teacher Work Environment and Work Satisfaction to the teacher performance.
This finding concludes that the better the work environment and job satisfaction on the performance of junior high school teachers, the better the performance of junior high school teachers. This research is expected to be useful for improving teacher performance in carrying out their obligations when conducting learning activities and fostering students at school.
