Pelaksanaan Supervisi Klinis Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Kinerja Guru Di SD Negeri 22 Kecamatan Batin Solapan Kab. Bengkalis
This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 22 Kec. Batin Solapan object research is to see the implementation of clinical supervision in improving teacher performance. This study aims at 1) To explain the supervision of clinical supervision in improving the quality of teacher performance, 2) To explain the evaluation of clinical supervision in improving the quality of performance. Respondents of this study were all teachers who had carried out clinical supervision totaling 8 teachers and principals. The results obtained from this study are 1) on PBM activities, where there are still many teachers who teach using traditional methods. There are still many teachers who have not mastered the use of learning media because many schools still do not complete learning media facilities. Research data shows that some primary schools do not have learning media facilities such as teaching aids, LCDs, projectors, etc., so that teachers do not have the demand to be able to operate learning media equipment. Whereas in some schools that have equipped learning media facilities, teachers are better at mastering the use of media and utilizing learning media in the PBM process, 2) Supervisors assess the completeness of the teacher's administration so that the teaching process is structured and directed. RPP is one of the administrative features that is the focus of this clinical supervision. SD Negeri 22 Batin Selapan teacher, there are still many who copy paste RPP, have not been able to make lesson plans correctly, have not even been able to carry out development. Supervisors help teachers understand the components and principles of lesson plans, guide teachers in making lesson plans in accordance with the steps to prepare lesson plans that include subject identities, competency standards (SK), basic competencies (KD), indicators of achievement of competencies, learning objectives, teaching materials, allocation time, learning methods, learning activities, assessment of learning outcomes, and learning resources. Furthermore, supervisors also provide guidance on the development of lesson plans by means of variations in teaching methods, assessment methods, independent assignments and structured assignments that can improve student learning.
